Presentation Instructions

Oral Sessions:

The time slot allocated to each oral presentation is 20 minutes, including discussion and question time. Therefore, the delivery of the talk should not exceed 17 minutes, allowing 3 minutes for questions/answers.

Poster Sessions:

A board surface area 85 cm-wide x 120 cm-high will be available for each poster display. Each poster presenter should prepare a very short presentation (one minute), highlighting the main idea of the paper. The poster presentations will be made in the first 15 minutes of the poster session.
