Saadi Boudjit is Associate Professor (Maître de conférences HDR) and member of the L2TI laboratory at the university Sorbonne Paris Nord since September 2007. He is working on wireless ad hoc architectures and involved in several national and international research projects (International project QNRF NPRP8-140-2-065, Paris region project THD, RIAM project SoundDelta, ANR project R2M, European project IPANEMA, RNRT project PRIMA, ... etc).
He received his Ph.D degree in Computer Science from INRIA in 2006 and was a research fellow with Telecom ParisTech between November 2006 and August 2007. He obtained the qualification to direct research (HDR) in March 2021. From September 2000 to August 2003, Saadi was an Expert Engineer at Hipercom research team at Inria where he largely contributed to the standardization efforts of OLSR routing protocol (RFC 3626) mainly through the implementation of the protocol and the setup of experimental platforms at Rocquencourt Campus. He prepared his Phd in Computer Science within the same
team from september 2003 to september 2006, and received his Master (DEA) degree in Informatic Methods for Industrial Systems (Option: Networks) from the university of Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ), France. He also graduated with an Engineering degree in
Computer Science from the University of Tizi-Ouzou, Algeria. Dr. Boudjit is the initiator and Co-chair of ACM MobileHealth workshop, which aims at providing a forum
for the interaction of multiple areas related to pervasive wireless healthcare systems. He also acted or still acts as
TPC member of several IFIP, ACM and IEEE conferences and workshops (WiMob, CCNC, ICC, Globecom, WCNC, HealthCom, CAMAD, WONS, MobileHealth, ...). His research interests include wireless
networks, parallel and distributed computing, protocols and architecture design for mobile ad hoc networks,
wireless sensor networks, vehicular networks, and eHealth systems.
